Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integrations Architect and System Administrator
to lead the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central)
and other enterprise systems. This role is also responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Dynamics platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security for ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between MS Dynamics and third-party applications (e.g., Identity platforms, Azure, Power Platform, custom APIs). Work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure integrations align with business needs and technical architecture. Ensure data integrity and synchronization across systems. Manage and maintain Dynamics environments including production, sandbox, and development. Perform system monitoring, backups, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. Administer user access, roles, privileges, and security configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, access, or configuration and integrations with other applications. Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational requirements. Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly. Assist in managing solution deployments across environments using tools like Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines. Governance & Best Practices
Define and enforce integration and system administration standards, best practices, and governance processes. Maintain documentation for integrations, system configurations, and administrative procedures. Stay current with Microsoft product updates, roadmap, and licensing changes. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or BC). 3+ years of experience designing and managing system integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware. Proven experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Service Bus). Solid understanding of Dynamics security models, workflows, and data models. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation tools. Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Seniority level
