Job purpose

OB PURPOSE:

The Corporate Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of supply chains, ensuring efficient movement and storage of goods, from receiving and processing shipments to picking, packing, shipping orders, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

SAP:

• Monitors Stock in Transit daily and communicates all delays
• Monitor Stock on Hand to ensure the warehouse is processing shipments on time
• Approval of Store Transfers
• Ensures all store transfers are processed as scheduled
• Daily clean-up of virtual warehouses Vancouver and courier shipments
• All report creation for KPI, US/CAN Duty Draw Back, etc.
• Create KPI reports as needed

Administrative Support:

• Prepare all exports to international countries and store exports
• Track all claims and resolved discrepancies
• Assist with Monitoring and tracking all pre-alert shipments for technical project
• Track all Article list creation from the buyer and provide tracking numbers to the buyers
• Run all pending article lists from WA07 and ensure they’re completed within 24-36 hours
• Assist with Regional Warehouse inventories and re-barcode merchandise
• Physical assistant in the warehouse, repack boxes, shrink wrap pallets, and goods received shipments
• Duty Draw Back data collection.
• Assist in Friends and Family Sale preparation
• Create warehouse and department flows as needed
• Assist in monitoring and tracking all shipments for E-commerce
• Assist in ensuring all the logs for E-commerce are updated
• Assist on PO amendment for beauty and fragrance for E-commerce
• Assist in sending email communication to CS to ensure RA is created, refusal letter is sent, and cancellation for Saks and Farfetch

Receiving/Shipping:

• Handles phone calls, inquiries and customer service issues regarding Retail deliveries and issue with SAP related to a certain WH delivery
• Assist when needed with warehouse operations. Unloads/loads merchandise from/to truck, Lifts, and breaks down all boxes. Checks merchandise for damages, unpacks, and reconditions as necessary.

Physical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Unload/load merchandise from/to truck
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, move, and hang merchandise and other items
• Lift and break down boxes
• Ability to stand on feet for duration of shift
• Ability to travel to PA/NJ warehouse

Knowledge and skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of manipulating large sets of data. Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data entry), PowerPoint Presentation

This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $24.00-$26.00, annualized from $49,920-$54,080 and if applicable, may be eligible for commission, bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
