Successfactors Employee Central Administrator

A.O. Smith Corporation (Milwaukee, WI) is seeking to hire a SuccessFactors Employee Central Administrator. The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Management, or a related field, or its equivalent, and three (3) years of related work experience with a SuccessFactors HR/Talent management package. The candidate must also have demonstrated administrative experience in any of the following SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Competencies/Development, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding; demonstrated understanding of ERP and SaaS solutions and other system configuration and functionality, and integration between SuccessFactors and other HRIS applications; and demonstrated experience performing Global Employee Central (EC) implementation/integration with SF modules. Responsibilities include leading data conversion activities by conducting impact analysis, mass data loads for all Employee Central portlets and objects, data purge and validations of converted data, and work on SuccessFactors reporting and analytics, and configure, execute, and monitor scheduled and ad hoc reports, integration center, and People Stories. Actively involved in hands on configuration, data integration processes, testing, and training, and provide support of live modules, such as responding to incidents and change requests. Monitor and evaluate new functionality and features of the quarterly SuccessFactors releases and make recommendations on which features to implement, and proactively identify process improvements including clear and concise solution definitions. Coordinate SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with 3rd party vendors and work closely with technical resources to develop new or change existing CPI integrations and perform configuration updates within business rules, workflows, MDF.
