1975 Cleared Scrum Master Mid Level (TS/SCI) with Security Clearance

*US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED* *TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED* *THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD* DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Scrum Master Mid Level to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligiblity. This position is contingent upon contract award (expected October 2025). The selected candidate will support IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The team you will join is also responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the FBI mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services daily to perform mission-critical work. These applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to FBI operations. *THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD* Duties may include but are not limited to: * Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle. * Guide teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates product teams progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminates blockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team, coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimate activities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. * Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations. * Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes. SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support (contract support PM & Agile team support) Summary : Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first aligns teams to focus on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams to focus on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA). EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 5-7 Years SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Kendis, Service Desk, etc.) * Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle * Guide teams in the Agile methodology and support team rules * Facilitate product teams progress toward team goals * Lead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, and promote Agile quality practices * Build high-performing teams and coordinate with other teams * Support ROM and level of estimate activities * Provide teams with feedback and means of improvement * Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation * Facilitate team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations * Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement * Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities * Support coordination between development teams and infrastructure teams * Track and report team metrics and velocity * Identify and help resolve impediments to team progress * Scrum and Agile methodologies * Jira, Confluence, and Kendis * Sprint planning and execution * Agile ceremonies facilitation * Impediment removal techniques * Team coaching and mentoring * Basic conflict resolution * DevSecOps practices and tools * GitLab or similar version control systems * CI/CD pipelines * Software development lifecycle * Agile metrics and reporting * Kanban methodologies * Lean principles * Experience as a scrum participant and software release processes * Available to work after hours when mission requires * Communicate work using SMART SECURITY CLEARANCE: * US Citizenship required * Active, current, and fully adjudicated (no interim) US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
