We are seeking a trustworthy, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant I to provide temporary support during a maternity leave. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Details
- Location: Granby, CT
- Job Type: Temporary/Contract
- Contract Length: September 25, 2025 – January 28, 2026
- Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent front-desk service
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- File, organize, and maintain records and documents
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and documents
- Enter driver logs, receipts, and other information into company systems
- Receive and file walk-in rental payments for the real estate division, as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks and office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High level of trustworthiness and reliability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
