A Typical Day
The Administrative Assistant reports to the site leader and provides on-site support to ensure employees, visitors, and other third parties enter the premises in line with Pennymac Security requirements. This role serves as a floor warden to support site safety. When not focused on these core responsibilities, the role also supports the site leader with prescribed, specific business administrative duties as needed.
The Administrative Assistant will:
- Report to the site leader and provide site support at the direction of Corporate Security to ensure all employees and site visitors enter with appropriate credentials; this includes badge management and controls.
- Monitor access points to the site, including card readers, cameras, and other security devices.
- Provide security reporting, including badge usage reports.
- Coordinate on-site emergency and safety support as needed.
- Act as a floor warden for the site.
- Support the site leader in a manner consistent with the scope and purpose of this role.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
What You’ll Bring
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in facilities, project management, or real estate prior preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.

Compensation
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$45,000 - $66,000
