Overview
Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for corporate offices. You will provide administrative support to the corporate offices and will work with corporate departments on a variety of tasks related to the Company’s long-term goals and objectives. A courteous and polished professional that will deliver exemplary work to executives and board members is needed.
Work arrangement: 100% in office / Onsite
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties include scanning documents and ensuring that office supplies are at adequate levels.
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays.
- Assist with offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation.
- Assist with preparing and producing reports, presentations and briefs assigned by Senior Management.
- Assist with managing Executive calendars, meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Assist with developing and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for clients and internal customers.
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as an asset to the accounting team by providing valuable administrative support.
Qualifications
- Ability to exercise good judgment in confidential situations, and Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Exhibit polish, professionalism, high emotional intelligence and radiate positive energy.
- Proven experience interacting with senior management with the advanced ability to organize.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (e.g., calendar management).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word).
- Proficiency in English.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

- Passion for building great culture.
- College degree is a plus.
