Maximize market engagement and referral review efforts daily at primary accounts. Update CRM Dashboard for accurate reporting. Respond promptly to all incoming referrals on Careport and other platforms. Provide definitive answers for referrals within an hour or by end of day. Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and other teams to resolve delays and barriers. Participate in weekly and quarterly meetings to align initiatives and grow census. Oversee guest relations and concierge initiatives, including patient rounding and testimonials. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience; preferred associate degree in healthcare or related field with 1 year of experience. Must meet health assessment requirements regulated by the state. Capable of performing essential functions with initiative, patience, compassion, and solution-oriented mindset.
