Coffee Machine Technician (Full-Time)
Are you mechanically inclined with a love for coffee? Join our team as a Coffee Machine Technician and help support some of the best cafes and production facilities in the region. We're looking for someone with hands-on technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to excellence. This position plays a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing coffee equipmentfrom espresso machines and grinders to brewers and filtration systems. Whether you're in the field troubleshooting an urgent repair or performing preventative maintenance at a local caf, your work will directly impact the quality of coffee served every day. What You'll Do: Service and repair espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment Install new equipment and ensure proper calibration Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed service records Communicate with caf and production teams to resolve issues efficiently Educate users on equipment care and basic troubleshooting Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies Travel to local cafe sites as needed What You'll Bring: 12 years of experience in equipment repair or maintenance (coffee tech, HVAC, electrical, or similar) Familiarity with coffee equipment brands like La Marzocco, Mazzer, Curtis, Bunn, etc. Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Strong communication and time management abilities Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 80lbs Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Schedule & Pay: Full-Time: Weekends required depending on Shop Hours and the scope of the repair Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (Depending on Experience) Paid Sick Leave and Equipment/Tools Provided Mileage reimbursement for service calls We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
