Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in the Fresno area of CA and surrounding communities. The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of nursing services, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and governmental regulations. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, overseeing infection control protocols, and ensuring high standards of long-term care. The Director will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents. Qualifications Nursing Management skills and experience in managing nursing staff Strong knowledge of Infection Control practices and protocols Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine Experience in Long-term Care settings Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Fresno County Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field Valid RN license in the state of California Seniority level
