GW PolicyCenter expertise with 10+ years of QE experience Define QE strategy work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for product releases Oversee test planning create, review and approve detailed test plans and test cases to ensure broad coverage of product requirements Coordinate testing efforts manage and coordinate different types of testing, including regression, user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing Manage testing lifecycle oversee the entire testing process, from the initial planning stages through test execution and final closure Review test documentation ensure test cases, plans and reports are well documented, accurate and up to date Track defects monitor problem and defect reports, ensuring they are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner Manage test environments oversee and manage the tooling and environments used for both manual and automated testing Report progress to stakeholders provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on the status of testing, quality metrics and project progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams act as a liaison with product owners and developers to ensure everyone is aligned on quality expectations and requirements Lead meetings conduct regular meetings with the QA team and stakeholders to discuss projects status, issues, and risk minimization Qualifications & Skills
