Automotive Service Lane Manager / Dispatcher

New Bern Auto Group is seeking a Automotive Service Lane Manager / Dispatcher Description The Lane Manager / Dispatcher is essential in ensuring processes are followed in the Service Lane and work is being distributed to the proper technicians. Responsibilities Ensuring Processes are being followed in the Service Lane Dispatching Repair Orders to the appropriate Technicians Handling Customer Concerns Conducting Weekly Advisor Reviews Leading Meetings Active involvement in T.O.'s to provide a fresh perspective and presentation to customers. Closing Repair Orders Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need. Filling in at the desk when needed Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required. Assisting in Hiring Monitoring Usage of Systems Creating & achieving goals, for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization Uveye, Rapid Recon etc. Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications Experience in Service Advising and being a Top Performer Strong focus on providing excellent customer service Motivated and Enthusiastic Driver's License Background Screening
