Assistant Service Manager
to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities: Support the Service Manager in daily department operations
Assist with dispatching work to technicians and managing shop workflow
Help oversee service advisors and ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Review, manage, and close repair orders accurately and promptly
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and parts department
Ensure all processes comply with manufacturer and dealership standards
Requirements: Previous automotive service experience required
(minimum 2 years)
Prior experience as a service advisor, dispatcher, or technician preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of repair order documentation, warranty processes, and dealership operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
