Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. You should be proficient in: GD&T CNC Tooling Troubleshooting Skills CNC Programming G-Code M-Code Manual Machining Skills Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma, ProtoTRAK, Fanuc)
