We invest in the latest technology and the people who know how to get the most out of it. The Role We’re looking for a Machinist III. An experienced CNC machinist who can take full ownership of machine setups and prepare jobs for production with accuracy and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Set up repeat or variant jobs where the process differs slightly from previously certified runs Dial in machine setups using existing CNC programs Adjust tooling, offsets, or G-code as needed to meet dimensional requirements Validate part conformance through in-process checks and prepare the job for Quality certification Maintain accurate setup records in ProShop, including photos, probing routines, and notes Handle probing, tool verification, and fixture alignment independently Remain dedicated to setup tasks during prove-out and do not run other machines concurrently What We're Looking For 4+ years CNC machining & setup experience Skilled at troubleshooting across multiple machines & part types Confident editing machine-side code (offsets, speeds/feeds) Strong blueprint & GD&T knowledge ProShop ERP experience a plus Why CARR?
