Job Responsibilities Prepare internal and external correspondence, i.e., contracts, proposals, group resumes, and event orders. Maintain current and accurate files, i.e. client files. Perform various administrative tasks, i.e. set up house accounts and billing information. Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, courteous and timely manner using the appropriate greeting. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the sales office and surrounding areas. Job Requirements Three to six month's experience; One year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
