Sr HR Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will address HR concerns within their branch, focusing on supporting human capital, mitigating risks, and enhancing operational efficiencies. This role aims to shift HR from a reactive, employee relations focus to a proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented team that contributes strategically to the business. The goal is to develop better leadership, foster positive work environments, and position CTDI as an employer of choice. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities
Partner with branch leadership to support and address site business initiatives, issues, and challenges. Support daily HR operations, including processing status changes, tracking attendance, and resolving Kronos issues. Handle lower-level employee relations matters such as attendance, performance, and conduct, ensuring proper documentation. Assist in conducting investigations for higher-grade employee relations issues. Serve as a point of contact for HR concerns, providing guidance on payroll, health plans, policies, etc. Support the recruitment team and branch ambassador to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Help compile People Metrics (turnover, safety, etc.) and collaborate with regional management to develop solutions. Identify training needs in areas like leadership, safety, and employee relations. Assist in implementing new HR policies, procedures, and protocols under the direction of the HR Manager. Required Education
BA/BS in HR or related field. Qualifications
2-3 years HR experience. Knowledge of HR areas such as Total Rewards and Talent Management. Experience with employee relations. Experience in high-volume manufacturing or warehousing is a plus. Understanding of employment laws. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; UltiPro & Kronos preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Willingness to travel locally. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Core Competencies
