Our Louisville, KY facility plays a critical role in delivering these solutions to customers nationwide. Position Summary

The Sr. HR Generalist will support the Koch Filter Louisville manufacturing facility by providing comprehensive HR services across multiple functional areas. This role partners closely with plant leadership and senior HR management to ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership to support employee relations, training, performance management, and policy implementation. Administer Kronos payroll for hourly employees as a backup to payroll operations. Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including orientation and IT/office setup coordination. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies. Support Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) activities including data tracking, training, and annual plan communication. Provide guidance on employee relations issues and mentor supervisors on HR best practices. Process HR transactions including new hires, terminations, payroll changes, and address updates. Maintain organizational charts and employee directories. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements. Support ADTI Manufacturing System and High-Performance Team (HPT) initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. EEO Statement
