Overview

Aaron’s is a sales and lease-to-own retailer offering furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories. This role is a store-based Delivery Driver position that involves moving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise, and will support the store with loading, unloading, and related tasks. The position supports community interaction and offers career growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed, including moving and installation activities

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and install merchandise to customers
• Demonstrate merchandise and ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate delivery vehicle safely
• Support in-store tasks as needed

Additional Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or sun
• A valid driver’s license required (not a CDL)
• No overnight travel

Salary and Benefits

The hourly pay range is $18.25 to $19.25. Aaron’s offers competitive pay and a benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer contribution matching. Note: Pay ranges are in good-faith estimates and may change based on factors including education, experience, location, and company needs. Any bonuses or commissions are at the Company’s sole discretion and may be modified.
