Overview

Delivery Driver at The Aaron's Company, Inc. This role supports store operations, moves merchandise, and helps customers with installation and demonstrations. The position is store-based and may involve moving, installing, and picking up merchandise within the store area and local deliveries.

The salary range for this role is $18.00 to $18.75 per hour.

Delivery Drivers Keep Aaron’s Moving. This isn’t a tedious desk job—expect a mix of inside and outside duties, including driving, installing, and showing customers how to use merchandise. You’ll be asked to support the store by assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day will be different, and you’ll connect with many people in the community.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or sun
• A valid driver’s license required (not a CDL)
• No overnight travel
