What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls, maintaining a minimum of 75 calls daily
- Listen to and process after-hours voicemails
- Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests
- Confirm and/or reschedule, cancel patient appointments
- Follow office guidelines
- Offer the soonest available appointment
- Utilize TEAMS, tasking, and/or email to manage referrals, prescription refills, pre-authorizations, medical record requests, patient complaints, etc.
- Schedule appointments for all offices, including new patient appointments, follow-up appointments, cosmetic consultations, and cosmetic appointments (All surgeries including excisions & Mohs procedures, should be emailed or transferred to the appropriate office)
- Transfer pre-op calls to the designated representative for each location
- Transfer biopsy results calls to the designated representative for each location
- Submit medical records requests to the correct department (OFFICE or MEDICAL RECORDS)
- Position will report to the onsite supervisor and the call center manager
