What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Learning the HōM Pro Way: You’ll be trained in our signature procedures, tools, and customer care standards, so you can lead with confidence and clarity.


• Enforcing Quality & Consistency.


• Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients on-site, resolving concerns professionally and ensuring every customer experience is 5-star.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in cleaning, (home services, hospitality, or similar a plus!).


• Thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in a job well done.


• Is a clear communicator who leads with respect and accountability.


• Is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding, values-driven company

• Languages: English – Advanced


• Employment: Full-time


• Salary: $12 – $25 hourly
