What You Will Do: Role Description

As the Franchise Marketing Manager, you will work within the Franchise Marketing team to translate business needs into consumer-facing solutions designed to reach, engage and activate players. You will be a central figure in the American Football team, partnering closely with the Franchise Strategy team on business and audience requirements. You will help lead go-to-market strategy and narrative establishment, ensuring goals and OKRs are translated into a clear vision across channel activation plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Community, Growth Planning, Creative, and Athlete Marketing in activation planning and campaign management. You will also partner with Insights & Performance teams to shepherd insights and reporting. You will support guidance and strategic development of marketing campaigns, programs and creative efforts spanning annual plans, bespoke programs, and creative planning to achieve Franchise goals, including objective-setting, briefing, KPI discussions, and insight development/reporting. You will assist the broader Franchise Marketing team in placing strategic bets based on real-time marketing insights and campaign performance to further hone activation.

Specifically Your Roles And Responsibilities Will Include Collaborate with Franchise Strategy & Marketing to synthesize audience and business insights to inform go-to-market plans Aid in the development and management of cross-functional team briefs and briefings Partner with Creative, Production and related teams to ensure title goals and campaign objectives are harmonized in asset development and deployment Support leading cross-functional teams in the development of campaign plans and program development Actively program manage across Madden and College Football simultaneously Collaborate with Insights and Performance teams to ensure KPIs and OKRs are achieved Experience Requirements

4+ years within the strategic marketing function at a brand or agency 2+ years experience in creative marketing development, activation or campaign planning Sports, gaming or entertainment industry preferred Experience with commercial data, audience insights and campaign performance insights to inform strategic solutions Brief writing skills with the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly Ability to collaborate, manage and influence peers, cross-functional teams and leadership Project management skills leading teams toward deadlines and schedules Experience planning within an integrated marketing environment Proficient in developing presentations and spreadsheets Passion for American Football and EA SPORTS products About Electronic Arts
