About the Opportunity: Vintner's Table is seeking enthusiastic and personable Servers to join our team in delivering memorable and meaningful guest experiences. Role Overview: As a Server, you'll be the face of Vintner's Table, welcoming guests and guiding them through curated wine tastings and light dining experiences. This role is perfect for individuals with a warm, engaging personality, strong communication skills, and a deep appreciation for wine and food. Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, you'll serve as a brand ambassador who embodies our commitment to exceptional service, wine education, and a welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Bring:

Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service

Basic knowledge of wine, food pairings, and wine service

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Experience in a restaurant or wine tasting room setting (preferred)

Ability to handle POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately

Professional appearance and demeanor

RAMP certification or willingness to complete (must be 21+)

Core Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide a personalized wine tasting experience

Educate guests on our wine collections, food pairings, and brand story

Promote wine sales and wine club memberships

Take and serve food and beverage orders

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the experience; resolve concerns promptly

Check IDs to comply with alcohol service laws

Open/close the tasting bar and assist with daily operational tasks

Train new staff and support restaurant operations in the Manager's absence

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area, dining space, and guest areas

Attend events and off-site tastings as needed

Assist with inventory and restocking of wine and retail merchandise

Stay up-to-date with RAMP and PLCB requirements

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Comfortable working in a lively and fast-paced environment
