Great design is more than visuals—it’s a bridge that connects communities, amplifies voices, and sparks action. As our
Graphic Designer , you’ll help shape how the world sees Creshendo’s mission, ensuring our storytelling is powerful, accessible, and inclusive. What You’ll Be Doing Design compelling digital and print materials including social media and website graphics, infographics, event collateral, and promotional assets. Maintain consistency across all visual content in alignment with Creshendo’s brand style guide. Contribute to the evolution of the visual brand identity, including typography, color palette, and templates. Prepare assets for various channels (web, email, social media, print). Ensure all designs are inclusive, accessible, and culturally respectful. What You Bring Proven experience in graphic design with solid knowledge of design principles (typography, layout, color theory). Understanding of nonprofit communications or social impact work is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Interest in refugee issues, cultural empowerment, and social justice. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus points if you have basic knowledge of WordPress and Canva!
