In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement the Therapy Area Strategy, guiding the Integrated Disease Area Strategy while overseeing ambitious clinical development efforts. Your extensive experience in oncology and hematology will be instrumental as you drive critical global decisions and ensure alignment across multi-regional strategies. The ideal candidate will possess an MD or MD/PhD with at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, including a minimum of 7 years in clinical development phases I-IV. Expertise in hematology and/or medical oncology, especially regarding hematologic malignancies, is highly desirable. You should have a proven record of leading clinical development teams and experience with NDA/MAA submissions. Your strong strategic, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to navigate complex issues and influence stakeholders throughout global operations.
