In this influential leadership position, you will play a crucial role in managing outsourced clinical study contracts, ensuring they are negotiated and executed following industry best practices. Your focus will be on cost optimization and supplier performance across multiple therapeutic areas. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and implementing strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team dedicated to clinical partner outsourcing. Implementing both short- and long-term strategies in line with organizational goals. Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the department. Collaborating with key stakeholders, including procurement, to meet various business needs while adhering to governance frameworks. Ideal candidates will have: A BS/BA degree (advanced technical degree preferred). At least 15 years of clinical outsourcing experience, including 6 years in a management role. A strong track record in financial and commercial management. Expertise in supplier relationship and contract management. Furthermore, a deep understanding of clinical development operations, regulatory requirements, and successful sourcing strategies are essential.
