About the Role
The university is actively searching for a dynamic Chief of Staff and Strategy Executive. This role is essential in serving as a key advisor and strategic partner, executing the vision set by the Director, and managing various high-priority projects. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination and effective communication across institutional priorities, aligning them with broader strategic initiatives.
In this impactful position, you will manage executive priorities, oversee strategic initiatives, and enhance workflow within the Director's team. You will also engage in high-level research and analysis, prepare for crucial meetings, and handle sensitive executive matters with confidentiality.
Qualified applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in executive strategy, project management, and leadership support within academic or complex organizational settings. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with outstanding communication and advisory skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar executive support role, with expertise in strategic planning and managing significant institutional initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are critical.
Additionally, the Chief of Staff and Strategy Executive will engage stakeholders, facilitate high-level communications, and represent the Director’s Office in various meetings.
