Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Your expertise in both Spanish and English will allow you to connect with a diverse clientele and ensure their satisfaction. In this role, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Assist customers in the store and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. Process transactions accurately, maintaining compliance with company policies. Achieve sales goals while maintaining a deep knowledge of product features. Keep the store looking its best by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and managing inventory. Tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications. Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. This is a full-time position based at: Store #1677, located at 1006 E. Red Cliffs Drive, Washington, UT 84780. Store #8172, located at 244 North Bluff Ste. 3, St George, UT 84770. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Be at least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status. Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations. Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience in a customer service, delivery, or retail position, and familiarity with paint and related products.
