Blockchain Developer

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of blockchain-based infrastructure within the Greenstand ecosystem. The Blockchain Developer will focus on building and optimizing the tokenization process for environmental impact tracking, including non-fungible (Greenstand Tokens) and fungible tokens (TRing), ensuring secure, transparent, and efficient transactions on the Greenstand network.

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITY
Develop, implement, and maintain blockchain-based solutions for tracking ecological and social impact.
Design and optimize smart contracts for managing Greenstand Tokens and TRing transactions.
Ensure blockchain security, scalability, and efficiency through rigorous testing and auditing.
Maintain the token change log and chain of custody to ensure immutability and transparency.
Implement field transfers and peer-to-peer transactions for token movement before verification.
Improve the interoperability of Greenstand’s blockchain-based ecosystem with third-party systems.
Work closely with system architects and developers to integrate the blockchain network with Greenstand’s existing infrastructure.
Develop API integrations for wallet and token management within the Greenstand system.
Contribute to the governance and consensus mechanisms for modifying the Master Relative Value Index (RVI).
Support research and development efforts to refine blockchain applications in environmental asset tracking.
Document blockchain-related developments and ensure proper version control.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in blockchain development, with experience in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar decentralized technologies.
Strong understanding of smart contracts and Solidity programming.
Experience with cryptographic principles and tokenization mechanisms.
Familiarity with consensus algorithms and decentralized ledger technologies.
Experience working with APIs for wallet and token transactions.
Understanding of fungible and non-fungible token structures.
Ability to work asynchronously with remote teams and open-source contributors.
Passion for environmental sustainability and blockchain’s role in impact tracking.
