Poised for substantial growth in 2025 and looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. We are a very client-driven group of professionals that take pride in being better than those that are bigger than us. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.

Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Provide product or service information, including troubleshooting support

Customer support

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Work can be remote, in-office preferably

Day shift (8:30am-5pm), some weekends

Fast-paced, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is typically required

1+ years of customer service experience preferred but not required

Experience in retail, call centers, or hospitality is a plus

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional demeanor

Multitasking and time management abilities

Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations
