Nimbl Fulfillment is on a mission to create exceptional experiences for our customers. Founded in 2005 to fulfill untapped customer demand for fulfillment work in the Lebanon, TN area, Nimble has grown to be one of the premium full-service fulfillment companies in the western United States. Poised for substantial growth in 2025 and looking for a Distribution Worker to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. We are a very client-driven group of professionals that take pride in being better than those that are bigger than us. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model. Key Responsibilities: Sort, and store inventory in designated areas Load and unload shipments from trucks or delivery vehicle Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery Inspect goods for damage and verify accuracy of shipments Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily distribution goals Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED is typically required Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and standing for long periods Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking Basic math and computer skills for handling inventory systems Teamwork and communication to coordinate with coworkers and supervisors Problem-solving mindset to handle logistical challenges Forklift certification may be required for some roles Must pass a background check and Drug test E-Verify compliant
