In this critical role, you will steer the planning and execution of executive activities, enhancing the efficiency of our operations dedicated to supplying essential medicines to millions worldwide. You will systematically organize the daily activities of the executive vice president, improve governance processes, and build strong relationships with the operations leadership and other vital stakeholders. Your proactive approach will involve identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and effectively leading cross-strategic projects that drive organizational success. Key Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution, specifically within global pharmaceutical operations. Leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector is essential. Management consulting experience or training is strongly preferred. Proven success in planning, executing, and overseeing complex projects. Strong strategic agility, with sharp business and financial acumen. Ability to influence and drive change management initiatives. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in fostering a high-performing, positive work culture.
