About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a visionary leader to join our team as the Chief Officer of Quality! If you have a passion for advancing clinical excellence, enhancing patient safety, and promoting health equity, we want you to lead our system-wide quality strategy and performance improvement initiatives.
This senior physician leadership position involves chairing the Quality Board and overseeing quality efforts across a variety of clinical domains, including specialty medicine, inpatient care, surgical services, and ambulatory practices. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement efforts, and championing evidence-based practices. A key part of your role will be to facilitate transparent reporting of clinical performance data.
To be considered for this influential position, you should hold a Medical Degree (MD or DO), be board-certified in a medical specialty, and have a minimum of five years of clinical leadership experience in quality assurance, patient safety, or performance improvement. A strong understanding of external quality benchmarks, EMR integration, and proficiency in interpreting clinical data is essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives, possess excellent communication skills, and display a deep commitment to health equity while fostering a collaborative culture. As the Chief Officer of Quality, you will also mentor others and serve as an ambassador for our organization and the community, elevating patient voices in our quality initiatives.
