Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Provide targeted therapy sessions focused on improving speech and language skills Monitor and document student progress with detailed records Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Engage families by educating and involving them in the therapy process Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Additional Requirements: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California or eligibility to obtain one Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory This contract offers a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive support to further your professional development.
