Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions addressing specific communication needs Carefully monitor and document student progress throughout therapy Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary care Engage families to support students therapy goals and home practice Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to be licensed in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Additional Requirements: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology for this state Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology required This contract position offers professional support including access to a seasoned advisory team of SLPs within your state to guide your success.
