Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
Deliver direct speech therapy to students (K12)
Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and parent communication
Ensure documentation meets state and district requirements
Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
New Jersey state SLP license (or eligibility in process)
ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs considered
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student growth
