Paterson, NJ . This position serves a K8 caseload with a strong team of educators and support staff in place. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students succeed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative services
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance deadlines
Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs welcome with supervision plan
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Previous school-based experience is a plus
