Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join our dynamic school team near Florence, OR. This opportunity is perfect for an OT who loves helping students develop independence and thrive in the school setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide therapy services to K-12 students with fine motor, sensory, or adaptive needs
Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports to support IEP development
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure holistic support
Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
Support classroom environments with tools and strategies to increase student success
Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Oregon OT license or eligibility
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Preferred: Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
Experience with assistive technology or sensory integration
