We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team near Allegany, OR. This full-time position offers an opportunity to help students develop essential skills for academic success and daily life activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and create tailored treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Work on motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities with students
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain one
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred Experience: Experience in school-based settings or with children
Knowledge of IEP development and the special education process
