Work flexibly while maintaining high standards of therapeutic care and educational collaboration. Intervention Specialties Sensory integration therapy and sensory diet development Fine motor skill enhancement and dexterity training Visual perceptual skill development programs Adaptive technology training and implementation Self-regulation and coping strategy instruction Transition planning for post-secondary independence Primary Functions Conduct thorough virtual OT evaluations and assessments Develop evidence-based intervention plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapeutic services via interactive platforms Consult with educational teams on environmental modifications Train teachers and staff in therapeutic support strategies Monitor and document student progress systematically Participate in multidisciplinary educational planning meetings Professional Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid New Mexico occupational therapy license Minimum 2 years of pediatric or school practice experience Technical proficiency for virtual service delivery Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities Knowledge of educational systems and special education processes Advanced Platform
