Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services through virtual platforms Create and modify therapeutic materials for online delivery Collaborate with IEP teams and educational professionals Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies Maintain detailed documentation and compliance records Facilitate parent training and education sessions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Essential Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active New Mexico speech-language pathology license Minimum 2 years of school-based experience Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and digital tools Strong technological adaptability and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Virtual Practice Excellence
