This contract position requires a skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students in an Austin, TX school setting. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychological services to assist student learning, emotional well-being, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to student support strategies. Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral support within the school environment. Desired Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments and psychological evaluations in K-12 educational settings. Strong understanding of special education law and procedures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and families.
