Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend necessary services Assist in crisis intervention and support positive school climate initiatives Utilize data to inform decision-making and monitor student outcomes Desired Qualifications: Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Experience working with K-12 student populations in public school settings Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school personnel Commitment to ethical practices and cultural competency Location: Marion, Ohio Situated in a vibrant community with access to educational resources and supportive school environments.
