An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide services in a K-12 school setting. This full-time, contract position is based in Burlington, MA, covering a leave from September through October. Candidates must have experience working with students exhibiting severe behaviors.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress Monitor and document student performance and behavior accurately Utilize therapeutic techniques targeting sensory, motor, and functional skills Manage challenging behaviors in a professional and effective manner Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Experience working in a school environment, preferably K-12 Demonstrated ability to handle severe behavioral challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual with the ability to maintain professional boundaries Schedule and Location: Full-time position from September through October Approximately 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday Position located in Burlington, Massachusetts This contract role offers the chance to support students with specialized needs during a critical period.
