Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and challenges. Helps in data interpretation and reporting for educational and psychological services. Qualifications and Experience: Valid School Psychology certification or licensure for the state of Texas. Experience working in a K-12 educational setting preferred. Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and school personnel.
