Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade, including preschool transition assessments. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans. Provide counseling and support services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Assist with crisis intervention and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive school environment. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations to support student success. Manage a caseload of K-12 students with the possibility of expanding from a 4-day to a 5-day service schedule. Qualifications: Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure applicable to the state of Ohio. Experience working with K-12 students and familiarity with preschool transition processes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and students. Knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and educational laws and regulations.
