Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students across K-12 grades. Manage a caseload of up to 65 students full time, with adjustments available for part-time schedules. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines. Conduct assessments, provide intervention, and support communication development for diverse student needs. Support students in one or two school locations to ensure consistency and continuity of care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification. Experience working within a school setting preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students, families, and staff effectively. Flexibility to work 37.5 hours per week, adaptable to either full-time or part-time caseloads.
