A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support a diverse student population ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade in a K-12 school setting. This role is a contract position for the upcoming school year, providing essential speech and language services to approximately 40-65 students with various disabilities.

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals. Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies, including Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations. Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification. Experience working with students who have various disabilities. Familiarity with AAC systems and PECS preferred; VOCO system experience is not required. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills in pediatric speech-language therapy. Ability to manage a caseload ranging from 40 to 65 students. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Location and Schedule: Position located in Solano County, CA. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration: academic school year.
