Support instructional services as a Level 2 Paraeducator in an elementary school setting in Concord, NH. This contract role for the current school year offers the opportunity to assist certified teachers in providing equitable learning experiences for students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, activities, and assessments tailored to student needs Provide one-on-one or small group support, including for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Reinforce learning strategies and accommodate students educational plans Monitor and support student behavior in line with school policies Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required New Hampshire Paraeducator Level 2 Certification required (achieved through 48+ college credits, an associates degree, the ParaPro test, or portfolio) Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff Strong communication and organizational skills Work Environment: Typical K-5 classroom setting May include physical movement, lifting, and supervising students both indoors and outdoors Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage aligned with experience and district pay scale Health and dental insurance available for full-time roles Retirement benefits Paid holidays and school breaks Support for professional development and growth This position offers a meaningful chance to impact student success by fostering a supportive learning environment.
